Application for Graduation and Tuition Rebate
The application for Graduation is available in the Self Service Banner menu (SSB)
Log in and select the Student tab, select Student Records, and select Apply to Graduate.
Participation Policy
Candidates that choose to participate in a commencement ceremony must attend their corresponding college/department ceremony during the semester they will complete ALL their degree requirements.

NOTE: Students not majoring within the College of Applied Arts should refer to the college of their declared major for tuition rebate information.
Steps for Submission:
(1) Download and complete an official Tuition Rebate Application
(2) Attach your completed form as a .PDF and email it to appliedartsadvising@txstate.edu between the first class day of your graduating semester and the corresponding deadline below:
DEADLINE: the Monday immediately following the commencement ceremony at 5:00 PM (no exceptions)
Students intending to submit a 'Tuition Rebate Hardship Justification Form' MUST review the additional instructions before submitting.
You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours acknowledging the receipt of your form submission. It is highly recommended you keep proof of your submission for your records.
